By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservation Confirmation
All reservations are confirmed upon successful payment of the invoice.
Please ensure all booking details are accurate before completing your reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy
🚖Cancellations or refunds are not permitted once your booking is confirmed.
3. Additional Fees
Baggage Claim Pick-Up Fee: $15.00
International Arrival Pick-Up Fee: $30.00
Late Night / Early Morning Pick-Up Fee (7 PM – 7 AM): $15.00 – $30.00 depending on location and time.
Highway Tolls: Will be added to the final invoice if applicable.
4.Pricing and Fare Policy
Base Fare is the starting price based on your selected vehicle type and trip distance.
Fuel Surcharge: A 15% fuel surcharge is added to the base fare.
Sales Tax: An 8.25% tax is applied to the total fare (including fuel surcharge).
Credit Card Processing Fee: A 5% charge is applied when paying by credit card, calculated on the total fare including tax and surcharges.
Prices may vary depending on traffic, tolls, additional stops, or waiting time.
- 🧾 Hourly Service Pricing Policy
All hourly service fares are subject to an additional 20% driver gratuity, which will be automatically added to the total fare at the time of reservation.
5. Driver Contact
Our drivers will call or text you 30–45 minutes before your scheduled pick-up.
If you do not receive a call or text within that timeframe, please contact us immediately to ensure timely service.
